Irvine, CA, February 15, 2017 – Eric Spangenberg, dean of the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business, was among nine prominent management education and business professionals newly elected to the AACSB International (AACSB) board of directors for 2017-2018. Spangenberg’s three-year term will take effect July 1, 2017.
Founded in 1916, AACSB International is a global association responsible for the accreditation of more than 760 business schools worldwide. As a member of the board, Spangenberg will represent interests for US-based accredited member schools.
